Top 5 family farms in Sussex

Hi,

How you doing?

Who's up for an adventure with GG, me and the Elegance?

C, GG & The Elegance

The weather's warming and we have two days a week free ready for day trips. There's an array of family farms in Sussex and Gloria's the perfect age to delight in feeding the pigs and a zillion rides on a sack slides, tractor rides, pony rides, gosh, so much fun!

I've investigated and found 5 local farms (within 45 minute drive) of Brighton.

We've been to one, 4 to tick off the list, who's in? Click here!

1. Spring Barn Farm

A sweet little farm on the edge of Lewes close to the train station. There's a small barn of animals, some pig pens; a big fat hairy one 'He's snuffling in the mud' cried GG and the rest is play. The best go carts (on the list for LPM) a jumping pillow, water/sand/pump zone, which GG loved and would not leave. It rained and wondered where everyone had gone, then discovered the indoor barn with excellent slides, soft play, pirate ship and chunky blocks to make dens.

We had an excellent time, it was pretty empty; mid week, wet, during term. A totally different place during holidays, now is the time to go with pre schoolers, as all these farms.

2. Fishers Farm Park

Fisher Farm Park baby donkey

This farm looks a ton of fun, lots of rides and activities with a loads of animals to pet, look at the cute baby donkey! I'm looking forward to being pulled by a tractor, go karting,

enchanted woodland walk, jumping pillows, trampolines, zip lines, sand pits, merry-go-round, ski jump, octopus ride, swing boats, barrel bug safari and loads and loads more, check out the website. It is the furthest from Brighton, a 50 minute drive, looks worth it, I'll report back!

It all looks very cute and there's a fab tea room, love a jacket potato at these places...
