30 minute kickboxing workout!


Today I share a great 30 minute kickboxing workout I found on YouTube.

Adrienne White's 30 minute kickboxing workout, super easy and quite funky, loving the basket ball bounce. There's pumping beats from Adrienne's bedroom, house bound due to a heavy snow fall in Dallas, lots of kicks and punches. It will raise your heart rate and an all over workout with a few standing crunches and a dancing warm down. Forgive the opening credits and set a side 30 minutes!
