Postive intentions!!
This year I've been mostly eating bread, jam and butter. This weekend, chocolate too! A Chunky KitKat Easter egg isn't really acceptable for breakfast... These foods have bought me joy and a sluggish feeling of tiredness, brain fog and bad skin.
Enough is enough and a new regime of 30 days without booze, gluten, diary and sugar is what I need, how about you?
Kelly Brogan M.D. was brought to my attention by Marie Forleo on her brilliant MarieTV.

Kelly is a Manhattan-based holistic women’s health psychiatrist, after studying conventional medicine, now believes pharmaceutical drugs just disguise symptoms and health is based on what you eat. She believes illness such as depression is a blessing as it is warning there is an imbalance in your system that can be addressed with the right foods. Kelly healed herself of a thyroid disorder with changes to her diet and has many ideas about the food we should eat.
Kelly's list of foods
-Fresh fruits and vegetables, including root vegetables ̣
-Pastured meats, wild fish, eggs, nuts, and seeds ̣
-Traditional fats like olive oil, coconut oil, or grass-fed ghee
-Fermented foods like sauerkraut, pickles, coconut kefir, kimchi and other fermented vegetables.

Cazza Spring Detox
On rising

Then
Lemon, ginger, propolis, hot water with vitamins; morning Lumity and a couple of Probiotic capsules.
Breakfast
Kelly has a very strange smoothie for breakfast, she says healthy fats are good for you and this smoothie fills you up for hours.
The KB Smoothie
Half a cup of frozen organic berries
8 oz of fermented coconut water, coconut water, or filtered water
3 tablespoons of collagen hydrolysate as a protein base
One tablespoon of sprouted nut butter or sunbutter
3 pastured egg yolks
One tablespoon of coconut oil
1-2 tablespoons of ghee
1-2 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
Blend!

Egg white omelette with tomatoes or spinach or both or other veg.
Salad with sardines or mackerel.
Avocado salad.
Mostly salad.
All with a side of sauerkraut, fermented foods are good for the gut.
